Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning is a new fitness formula. It is a series of effective exercises designed to improve fitness without the tedium of the gym.

A class with all the challenge of a demanding fitness regime – it combines aerobics with effective exercises to tone and lengthen the major muscle groups in the body.

Body Conditioning uses:

  • carefully selected exercises to flatten the stomach
  • controlled repetitions to tone the muscles without bulking
  • simple choreographed exercise routines to create an aerobic effect
  • stretch routines to loosen the limbs and improve flexibility
