Please ensure that you read the rules and conditions of enrolment before submitting a registration form. These rules apply to all pupils including those who currently attend classes.
Rule 1.
Pupils are required to adhere to the rules and conditions of the School
Rule 2.
Pupils who are unable to attend class should notify us on 0845 652 5361 and in advance whenever possible.
Rule 3.
The School cannot take responsibility for any money or articles of value lost on the premises.
Rule 4.
The School reserves the right to amend or alter the conditions and rules of the School at any time.
Rule 5.
The School reserves the right to amend or alter the fees and classes as and when necessary.
Rule 6.
Fees must be paid by the first day back in the new term. Cheques / cash should be placed in an envelope marked with the pupil’s name. A 5% surcharge will be added to any ‘late fees’. A £25 administration and banking charge will be added to any cheque returned by the bank.
Rule 7.
Half a term’s notice, in writing, must be given if a pupil will not be continuing with a class. Failure to do so will result in half a term’s fees being charged.
Rule 8.
The School reserves the right to ask for a pupil to be removed from the School for any of the following reasons: (1) not responding to training, (2) misbehaviour or wilful damage, (3) poor attendance, (4) breach of the School rules, conditions or regulations
Rule 9.
Parents are permitted to watch their child’s first class at ElliTe Studios, and for tots this may be extended to help them settle in if necessary. After this, parents are only permitted to watch classes during the final week of term and then only with the agreement of the School and teachers.
Rule 10.
After the initial six week period, all pupils must wear the correct uniform for classes and be well-groomed. No jewellery must be worn and hair should be tied back in the appropriate style whenever possible. Chewing gum is not allowed.
Rule 11.
Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent if brought into the dance studio / hall.
